What is BookingsOnTap?
BookingsOnTap is a done-for-you online setup for local service businesses.
I build or rebuild your website, improve your Google Business Profile, set up a simple review request system, capture enquiries, and make it easier for customers to trust you enough to call or request a quote.
Who is this for?
It is for established service businesses in London or the South East.
Good fits include trades, home services, clinics, garages, studios, event suppliers, professional services, and other businesses where customers choose based on trust, location, speed, proof, and reputation.
You already do good work. This is about making that obvious online.
Why is it free at first?
I want a small group of good local businesses where I can do the work properly, learn what moves the needle, and build strong examples. You get the setup without the usual upfront cost, and I get the chance to prove BookingsOnTap in the real world.
What happens after 6 months?
If it is useful, you can continue at £99/month.
That includes hosting, security, support, and small same-day changes. If you do not want to continue, you can leave and keep the site and assets we created.
Do I need to learn any tech?
No.
You send photos, service details, areas covered, and changes. I handle the setup and updates.
Who owns my site?
You! Your domain, website, Google listing, reviews, photos, and lead history should belong to your business. There are no handcuffs - leave whenever you like and I'll help you take everything with you (though I'm hoping you won't want to).
Why BookingsOnTap and not a different agency?
A nicer website on its own won't do much. You need the right people to find you and trust you enough to pick up the phone - with that in mind I want to bring the site, Google profile, reviews and enquiry capture together as a single system. And since it's just me, you get my complete attention, no getting passed around.
Do I need to spend money on ads?
Not necessarily. First get the base solid - site, Google, reviews - and see where that takes you. Ad support is something I will offer in the future.
